My father was with the Essex Scottish from Toronto, a front line gunner who was a part of the Liberation of Holland. He has returned to Holland for the 50, 55 and 60 Th liberation celebrations and this year I will be attending the 75 Th with my husband on his behalf. I will attach some of his stories along with letters of gratitude sent to him dated 1945 from the dutch people .
