Become an Exhibitor

Display and sell your products at the Canadian Tulip Festival to over 420,000 people. There are limited Exhibitor spots available in 2024, and we are looking for the very best to represent Ottawa to the world. 

Due to the incredibly limited space and the specific artistic criteria for each vendors, the Canadian Tulip Festival will be adjudicating entries based on the criteria below:

  • Artisans and Handcrafters from the National Capital Region
  • Exhibitors with robust and affordable Tulip-themed inventory
  • New or Established businesses welcome

Full Festival (limited availability)

Sell your tulip-themed merchandise for the full 11 days (May 12-22) and take advantage of crowds totalling more than half a million people. Great exposure for your business as well as representing Ottawa to the world. 

Cost  (11 Days) – $2500+tax

Additional Fees

  • Power Surcharge: $50
  • Table Surcharge: $10 per table
  • Chair Surcharge: $5 per chair
  • Lighting: TBD based on needs
  • Stands/backwalls: TBD based on needs

Application Process

All artisans are required to complete the application below. A team of adjudicators will review each submission. Should your application be accepted prior to April 1, the Festival will issue an invoice for the deposit. If accepted after April 1, payment will be due in full. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the Festival.
