Capital challenged to ‘Paint the Town Orange’ to mark 2020 anniversary of Dutch liberation

Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson has challenged the capital to “Paint the Town Orange” next May with special tulips commemorating the 75th anniversary liberation of the Netherlands by Canadian-led troops in the Second World War.
