At The Canadian Tulip Festival, we strive to provide memorable experiences and quality service to all our guests. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to the policies outlined below.
All Walking Tour tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your selected date and time before completing your purchase. Walking Tours run rain or shine, and we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation by the Festival (e.g., for safety or operational reasons), ticket holders will be notified and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
All tulip bulb sales are final. Due to the nature of the product and handling requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Should you not pick up your bulbs by the end of the pickup window for local delivery, they will considered a donation to the Perley Rideau Veterans Hospital
Contributions made through the Adopt a Tulip program are considered donations and are therefore non-refundable. Adoptions support the ongoing success of the Festival and the preservation of its historical and cultural significance. Acknowledgment materials (such as certificates or digital recognition) will be issued as outlined in the program description.
