Parking at the Canadian Tulip Festival

There is very limited parking at Commissioners Park, take a look below to see your options.

Accessible Parking
For those with an Accessible Parking Permit, you can park in areas marked “No Parking” on Dows Lake Road. 
The city is deeming the street as accessible parking only for the duration of the Festival. Please do not park in areas marked “No Stopping”.
Accessible Pickup & Drop-off
Dow’s Lake Pavilion roundabout is both an accessible pickup and drop-off zone, as well as a designated OC Transpo stop. Guests are welcome to wait in the Dow’s Lake Pavilion foyer for their ride to arrive.
Partially Accessible Parking
There is paid parking at the Canada Food and Agriculture Museum. It is about a 20-25 minute walk for able-bodied people to reach the festival, follow the marked tulip path route.

$3.25 per hour
$8 daily maximum
$5 evening flat rate after 5 p.m.
Mobility Shuttle
A mobility shuttle golf cart is available from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum parking lot to HMCS Carleton’s Centennial Bed for $2 per person, per ride.  
 
This shuttle will be operating in both directions from 10am – 6pm. Tap and cash accepted.
 
Note: The mobility shuttle cannot accommodate wheelchairs, strollers or pets and priority will be given to those with mobility issues.

Park in the Neighbourhood

Limited street parking is available in the Glebe neighbourhood, just east of the festival site. Please follow all posted signs. ByLaw will be monitoring the area.

Take the Tulip Shuttle from Downtown

Park downtown near one of our Tulip Shuttle stops and take the shuttle both ways. Tickets are $25 per person round trip. The festival stop is at the Dow’s Lake Pavilion roundabout. Purchase here: https://grayline-ottawa.com/tulip-festival-shuttle/
