John and Rachel Curtin

My Uncle John joined the Army as part of Canada’s contingent in WWll. While there, he met our Aunt Rachel in Belgium. I remember her telling us about making her dresses out of parachute canopies. Strong man with a very strong woman by his side. Their “story” still warms my heart when I think of the hardships they endured and never complained.
