Take the beauty of the Canadian Tulip Festival home with you! Throughout the park and into Downtown Ottawa you’ll find all kinds of delightful shopping opportunities.
On-Site Markets at Commissioners Park

Explore the Tulip Team at Re/Max’s Tulip Boutique in Commissioners Park for fun on-site Festival merchandise. Pick up a memento of the Festival for yourself, for family, for friends, or for loved ones who wish they were there with you.

Make sure to visit our Mini ByWard-Market in Commissioners Park and shop the talented work of local artisans. Their handcrafted creations capture the charm of the Festival in every medium you can imagine: painting, candle making, metalworking, and so much more.
All shopping within Commissioners Park is open every day of the Festival (May 12th – May 22nd) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with select vendors staying open until 10:00pm.

Paper bags will be available for purchase, but it is recommended to bring your own reusable shopping bags.

Visit ByWard Market and Enjoy our Mini-Canadian Tulip Festival Downtown!
Ottawa Markets will be on site with select Canadian Tulip Festival Merchandise and Fresh Cut Tulips for sale, from 10am – 6pm every day from May 12 – 22, 2023. Arteast will also be on-site with a wide selection of their hand-painted masterpieces for sale. Visit the Signature Market Stand on the south side of the George St Plaza. 
Arteast will be in the Plaza, painting our famous GIANT Tulips and helping children of all ages paint one as well! Visit Major’s Hill Park and see Plein Air Painting from Arteast Artists in the tulip gardens.

Use our Cobblestone Tulip Shuttle at 22 York St. to travel to the Canadian Tulip Festival’s Main Site at Commissioners Park, Dow’s Lake.

Arteast Ottawa is a 30-year old, not-for-profit organization that is operated, governed and managed by numerous volunteers.  The association welcomes visual artists who work in all media, including oil, acrylic, watercolour, encaustic, pen and ink, graphic media, printmakers, fibre artists, works on paper, sculpture, photography, digital media, etc.  Arteast’s objective is to foster appreciation, understanding and love of the visual arts, by providing experiences that entertain, educate and enrich the life of our bilingual community.
