I am planting for my Dad – George Edwards & my Uncle Tom McQuaid who served overseas & my Mom -Marion Edwards & Aunt Millie McQuaid who worked in the munitions factory

Both my Dad & Uncle were in the army overseas in Germany. My Dad was injured in 1942 & was sent back to Canada while my Uncle Tom was captured by the Germans & was a prisoner of war until the war ended. My mother & Aunt worked as machinists in the munitions factory in Toronto. The served in this role for the entire war. Very special people for whom I am indebted to for my free & safe life here in Canada.
