Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Canadian transplanted. Wanrapa Suraso has been calling Canada home since 2010.
This young talented woman devotes her time on creating abstract paintings based on themes such as landscape and modern city, heavily textured and depth with many layers. This artist uses acrylic paint on Gallery canvas to create her artwork. Her primary goal is to include colour that provokes emotions and also invites individuals to challenge there own perception on each art piece.
Wanrapa participated in Art Battle Competitions in Ottawa and was a semi-finalist in a 2018 competition. Also, she is participated in Art Battle Competitions in Toronto in 2019 and 2020.
Always interested in art, she began painting 10 years ago and primarily a self taught artist. She travelled to North America, Asia and Europe to study and develop her acrylic painting skills. She now resides in Toronto and continues to perfect her artwork.
