For over 70 years, the Canadian Tulip Festival has celebrated the historic Royal gift of tulips from the Dutch to Canadians after the Second World War. This spectacular display is a living symbol of international friendship, freedom, and peace.

Please note that your adoption fee does not pay for the physical tulip bulbs or planting. Instead, the Canadian Tulip Festival is fundraising to meet its goals to ensure our continued presence, dedication to commemoration, and quality programming for years to come.
By adopting a tulip, you are directly supporting the operational, educational, and historical initiatives that keep this world-class, free festival running for the community and visitors from around the globe.
When you choose to Adopt a Tulip, you will receive:
A Commemorative Certificate: A beautiful, downloadable digital certificate recognizing your contribution. This makes a wonderful gift or a personal keepsake.
Festival Viewing Instructions: Right at the start of the festival in May, you will receive an email containing a map and simple instructions on how to best view the spectacular tulip beds at Commissioner’s Park.
